Cookies

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on user's device. Depending on the purpose they can be used to enhance user experience or to collect certain information about visitors.

When is consent needed?

On most sites cookies are divided into categories: necessary, functional and advertising or tracking. Obviously, necessary cookies can be set without consent but for all other cookies a user must give consent before those cookies can be set.

At which point are cookies stored?

When you land on the website for the first time you will be asked to accept or reject cookies. Depending on your choice this may enable features, such as activating dark mode. Once you accept or reject cookies, your setting will be saved and stored as a cookie on your device for a month if your browser settings allow it. Functional cookies are used on this site, although also upon rejecting cookies a cookie will be set — as a necessity — in order to hide all content that requires cookies while also hiding the consent bar.

Tracking and advertisement cookies

This site does not use any marketing or analytics cookies to track users and will not knowingly share any related information with third parties, such as Google.

You may clear cookies through your browser's privacy settings.
